We are seeking an experienced, results-driven SEO & AIO Specialist to join our team. This role will manage the organic search strategy and ongoing performance of approximately 15–25 client accounts, with a primary focus on increasing visibility, qualified website traffic, leads, and measurable business results.

As search continues to evolve, we are expanding our focus beyond traditional SEO to include Artificial Intelligence Optimization (AIO). This position will help ensure our clients remain visible not only in conventional search results, but also within AI-generated answers, conversational search platforms, and emerging discovery experiences.

The ideal candidate understands how to balance technical SEO, content strategy, local search, analytics, and day-to-day account management. They should also be curious about how AI is changing the way consumers research businesses, products, and services. Experience working with automotive dealerships or automotive marketing is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO and AIO strategies for 15–25 client accounts
• Perform keyword, topic, entity, audience, and competitive research
• Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, site structure, and other on-page elements
• Identify and help resolve technical SEO issues involving indexing, crawlability, redirects, schema, page speed, and Core Web Vitals
• Manage local SEO efforts, including Google Business Profiles, location pages, citations, reviews, and local search visibility
• Structure and optimize content to improve its usefulness, authority, clarity, and eligibility for inclusion in AI-generated answers
• Help clients build stronger entity recognition, topical authority, and consistent brand information across the web
• Evaluate visibility within AI-powered search engines, answer engines, and conversational platforms
• Monitor changes in Google AI Overviews and other emerging AI-driven search experiences
• Develop content recommendations and coordinate with developers, account representatives, and other marketing specialists
• Monitor organic traffic, rankings, conversions, leads, AI visibility, and other key performance indicators
• Prepare clear, actionable performance reports and communicate results to internal teams
• Test and refine new strategies as search behaviors, algorithms, and AI platforms evolve
• Prioritize tasks across multiple accounts while maintaining consistent quality and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple websites or client accounts simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of technical, on-page, off-page, and local SEO
• Familiarity with AIO, answer engine optimization, generative engine optimization, or AI-powered search
• An understanding of structured data, entity-based search, topical authority, and content credibility signals
• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, and common SEO research or reporting platforms
• Working knowledge of WordPress and basic HTML
• Ability to interpret performance data and turn it into clear recommendations
• Strong written communication, organization, and project-management skills
• A willingness to research, test, and develop strategies in an emerging area where best practices continue to evolve
• Automotive dealership or automotive marketing experience strongly preferred
• Agency experience is a plus

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting salary of $63,000 per year, depending on experience
