Summary Of Job

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Billing & Accounts Receivable Administrative Specialist to support our AR team. This role is primarily administrative and customer service driven, with a strong focus on answering incoming calls, responding to email inquiries, and serving as a point of contact for billing-related questions.

This position will also provide front desk coverage as needed and assist with general office support.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and being the first friendly voice customers and visitors interact with.

Essential Responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming phone calls for the Accounts Receivable team in a professional and timely manner
• Monitor and respond to shared AR inboxes, directing inquiries to the appropriate team member
• Serve as a first point of contact for customers regarding billing questions, invoices, and payment status
• Provide front desk coverage as needed, including greeting visitors and assisting with basic inquiries
• Assist the AR team with administrative support, such as:
• • Filing and maintaining electronic records
• Document preparation and scanning
• Updating customer account notes and contact information
• Coordinate internally to ensure customer questions are followed up on and resolved
• Support additional office and finance-related administrative tasks as assigned
