Position Overview

Job Title: Medical Call Center Customer Support Representative

Pay: $16/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits

Schedule: Must be able to work any 8hr Shift between the hours of 8am-8pm MST. Mon-Fri.

Job Details

• Provide excellent customer service and patient support.
• Verify patient information.
• Answer inbound calls and may perform outbound calls assisting patients with their concerns regarding their prescription benefits.
• Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
• Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
