• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using spreadsheets and productivity software
• Organize and file documents efficiently, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality
• Support calendar management by scheduling appointments, meetings, and events with precision
• Assist with office management tasks such as supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and general administrative support
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or email, ensuring client satisfaction
• Prepare word processing documents, proofread correspondence for accuracy, and handle basic clerical duties like copying and filing

Experience

• Proven office experience with a strong background in administrative support roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry
• Experience managing multi-line phone systems and demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
• Bilingual skills are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Technical proficiency in computer literacy, including familiarity with productivity software such as QuickBooks for financial tasks
• Personal assistant or office management experience is a plus, especially involving calendar management and client communication
