Language Arts Teacher

IQRA ACADEMY OF UTAH is looking for Language Arts Teachers to join our school. Our teachers are responsible for implementing a variety of learning methods to students in a classroom setting. The successful candidate will provide instruction that promotes academic growth while fostering relationships with fellow students and the community.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree

• Prior experience teaching children preferred.
• Prior teaching experience required

Responsibilities

Provide instruction that promotes academic growth while fostering relationships with fellow students and the community.

• Develop lesson plans based on curriculum guidelines that incorporate all aspects of the curriculum.
• Establish classroom routines and procedures consistent with the rules and regulations established by the school.
• Provide a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for children to learn and develop their personalities and prepare them for future opportunities (e.g., participating in after-school activities, participating in community events, etc.).
• Ensure that students have access to all educational resources available (e.g., enrichment materials, field trips, equipment, books, etc.).
• Maintain a professional working relationship with classroom teachers, parents, and administrators as part of your role at IQRA ACADEMY OF UTAH, in accordance with IQRA ACADEMY OF UTAH policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
