We've become an LA institution, serving the community and creating memorable dining experiences.

Our newest location in the Sugarhouse neighborhood of Salt Lake City will be opening this summer, and we're excited to bring our legacy of hospitality to new guests.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an enthusiastic and reliable bartender who is passionate about providing outstanding service. The ideal candidate will have a stable work history, a commitment to excellence, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Weekend availability is a must.

We are willing to train the right candidate. The ideal background will include fast-paced and guest facing experience in a quality environment.

• Provide top-notch customer service and create exceptional guest experiences.
• Craft and serve drinks according to El Cholo's standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Uphold high-quality standards for food and beverage presentation, sanitation, and safety.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on communication
• Experience in bartending or food service preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems, such as Aloha or Micros
• Knowledge of food safety and handling practices
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions
• Previous experience in a restaurant or retail setting is a plus
