Pay: $50,000 -$60,000 DOE + Incentives & Bonuses

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the branch including outside sales, customer service, and administrative tasks

Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive business development.

Supervise and provide guidance to branch staff, including training and performance evaluations.

Identify areas for team improvement, and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Skills preferred

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team while leading by example.

Strong sales skills, including the ability to identify prospects, build relationships, and drive business growth through effective account management and strategic outreach.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with staff, clients, and stakeholders

Solid understanding of financial management principles.

Project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and monitor branch initiatives.

Results oriented mindset with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
