Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour (DOE)

About the Job

We're looking for an experienced Scaffold Foreman to lead scaffold crews on commercial and industrial construction projects throughout the Salt Lake City area.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who prioritizes safety, productivity, and teamwork while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Supervise scaffold erection, modification, and dismantling crews
• Plan daily work activities and coordinate with project management
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
• Conduct daily jobsite safety inspections
• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards
• Read and interpret scaffold drawings and layout plans
• Train and onboard scaffold erectors and laborers
• Complete daily reports and material tracking
• Communicate professionally with contractors and site contacts

Requirements

• 3-5 years of scaffolding experience required
• Previous Scaffold Foreman or Lead Scaffold Builder experience preferred
• Experience with system scaffolding
• Ability to read scaffold drawings and perform layouts
• OSHA safety knowledge required
• OSHA 10 certification required before starting work
• OSHA 30 certification is a plus
• MSHA certification is a plus
• Valid driver's license required
• Must be at least 26 years old to qualify as an approved company driver in Utah
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs
• Comfortable working at heights
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
