Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Salt Lake City, UT. The position involves performing mechanical service tasks, conducting routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, and addressing HVAC-related needs for commercial buildings. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, equipment repairs, system inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Collaborative work with other team members and clear communication with clients will be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Maintenance and Mechanical Engineering tasks
• Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) systems
• Skills in Inspection processes and techniques
• Familiarity with Automotive systems and mechanical operations
• Ability to identify and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Relevant HVAC certifications and licenses (preferred)
• Hands-on experience in commercial or industrial building maintenance (preferred)
