Principle Duties
This is a journey level job. Incumbents perform a wide variety of skilled maintenance/construction duties requiring independent ability to organize and complete maintenance or construction projects, including technical consultation and limited design work, materials and cost estimates, plus compliance with applicable codes. The best qualified candidate for this position will have 3 or more years of experience in facility/building maintenance or an equivalent combination of relevant education, trade school experience, or other hands-on mechanical and/or electrical systems maintenance experience may be considered in place of the facility/building maintenance requirement.
