As a Junior Account Executive at Clicklease, you'll support the growth of our customer base by generating leads, setting high-quality demos, and helping small businesses access the equipment they need to thrive. You'll gain hands- on sales experience by learning how to identify opportunities, engage prospective clients, and move deals forward with the guidance of our experienced sales team.

This is an ideal role for someone eager to launch a career in fintech sales--especially if you're a strong communicator, quick learner, and ready to grow in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

Compensation OTE $80k - $90k (base + bonus + commission) Modality Hybrid Schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST What you 'll be doing * Researching and identifying potential clients through online databases, social media, and inbound lead sources * Assisting in the development of sales strategies to convert leads and increase new originations * Creating and delivering tailored sales presentations to prospective clients * Maintaining positive relationships with existing clients through consistent outreach * Communicating with clients to provide updates and address questions or concerns * Conducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth * Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience What you have * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint * Willingness to learn and take on new challenges What will make you stand out * Previous experience in sales or account management * Familiarity with sales techniques and tools * Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Proven ability to thrive in a team-based environment * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Why Work for Clicklease At Clicklease, we believe small businesses are the backbone of the economy-- and we're here to help them grow.
