Responsibilities / What You'll Do

• Represent clients in immigration matters before USCIS and Immigration Court (as training and experience allow).
• Prepare legal strategies, applications, motions, and supporting documentation.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis.
• Work closely with paralegals, supervisors, and senior attorneys.
• Maintain excellent communication with clients throughout their cases.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on negotiation strategies for client settlements or agreements across various legal disciplines

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and eligible to appear before immigration agencies and courts (ACTIVE BAR).
• Strong legal writing and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Passion for immigration law and serving immigrant communities.
• Spanish proficiency is highly preferred.
• Previous immigration law experience is a plus—but not required.
