Description

Join our central Program Management team to oversee technology programs, ensuring they align with client requirements and success criteria.

This role involves close collaboration with development leads and stakeholders, ensuring adherence to policies and providing transparency throughout the program lifecycle.

The position is based in Tampa, FL, and requires proficiency in generic technology tools.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee assigned programs and drive execution plans for successful completion.

Ensure programs comply with policies and procedures, maintaining accurate data.

Monitor project tracking concerns and assist teams in resolving issues.

Facilitate stakeholder engagement and accountability to meet program goals.

Track program status, generate metrics and reports, and conduct status meetings.

Qualifications

10 years of experience in Technology Program and/or Project Management.

Ability to quickly adapt, take initiative, and handle various assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Proven success in facilitating global and cross-functional teams.

Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach.
