Role Description The Vice President Marketing is a part-time, on-site role based in Tampa, FL, responsible for leading Daylyte’s overall marketing vision and execution. This role oversees brand strategy, campaign development, and market positioning across all channels, including digital, retail, and on-premise accounts.

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and refining marketing plans, guiding market research initiatives, managing budgets, and aligning marketing activities with business objectives.

The VP Marketing will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and revenue growth, while ensuring consistent messaging and compliance with industry regulations. The role also involves overseeing public relations efforts, external agency relationships, and performance metrics to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing Management skills to design and execute effective brand and growth strategies.
• Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze consumer behavior, competitive landscapes, and category trends in the alcoholic beverage industry.
• Candidates should possess Marketing and Public Relations skills to lead brand storytelling, campaign development, and media outreach.
• Experience in beverage, CPG, or hospitality industries, with a track record of building or scaling a consumer brand, is highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic decision-making.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with proficiency in using data and marketing tools to inform decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Tampa, FL, and adapt to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
