We're partnering with a growing industry leader seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Account Executive to drive business development throughout the Greater Tampa market. This is a high-impact role for someone who knows how to get in front of decision-makers, uncover opportunities, develop technical solutions, and close profitable mechanical projects.

This is not an account maintenance position. This is a growth-focused role where you'll build your own book of business, pursue larger opportunities, and be rewarded through an uncapped commission structure.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and close new commercial HVAC, retrofit, service, and energy project opportunities
• Prospect aggressively through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and relationship development
• Meet with owners, facility managers, engineers, property managers, and executive leadership
• Review plans, specifications, and mechanical drawings to develop solutions
• Prepare estimates, proposals, presentations, and bid packages
• Negotiate contracts and close profitable business
• Grow existing customer relationships while continuously pursuing new opportunities
• Manage an active pipeline and drive consistent revenue growth

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of commercial HVAC, mechanical services, or related industry sales experience
• Strong business development and prospecting background
• Experience selling commercial HVAC service, retrofit, maintenance, controls, or capital projects
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications
• Estimating and proposal development experience
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-starter with a hunter mentality and high level of accountability
• Experience building relationships with both technical and executive decision-makers
