Java Planet Organic Coffee Roasters is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our family-owned team in Tampa, Florida.

If you're friendly, quick to learn, enjoy talking with people, and have a passion for great coffee, we'd love to meet you!

✨ What You'll Do

• Help customers by phone, email, chat, and social media
• Answer questions and solve problems with care and professionalism
• Learn about our organic coffee and make recommendations
• Assist with social media and community engagement
• Help build relationships with affiliates and influencers (or learn how!)

☕ What We're Looking For

✔ Excellent communication skills

✔ A positive, people-first attitude

✔ Comfortable with computers and learning new software

✔ A love of coffee (barista experience not required!)

✔ Social media experience is a plus—but we'll train the right person

✔ A quick learner who enjoys being part of a supportive team
