Job Summary

Digital Success Media is seeking a marketing-minded Digital Marketing Associate to join our marketing team.

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our digital marketing clients, managing their accounts, coordinating campaign execution, and providing client support throughout their journey with us. You'll combine strong communication skills with foundational digital marketing knowledge to help clients achieve results while building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for digital marketing clients, managing account relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
• Coordinate campaign execution including setup, monitoring, and ongoing optimization with support from the team
• Communicate regularly with clients through calls, emails, and meetings to provide updates, answer questions, and address concerns
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports for clients with insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams to execute campaigns aligned with client objectives
• Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining organized records and meeting deadlines
• Onboard new clients and ensure smooth transitions into service delivery
• Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and campaign performance
• Learn DSM's processes, tools, and best practices through hands-on training and mentorship

Required Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of digital marketing and advertising (1+ year experience preferred)
• Familiarity with Meta Ads and Google Ads or willingness to develop expertise quickly
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain marketing concepts clearly to clients
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
• Proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Genuine interest in growing your digital marketing knowledge and skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience managing client accounts or client-facing marketing work
• Experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads campaign management
• Familiarity with CRM or project management tools
• Experience with marketing analytics or campaign reporting
• Basic understanding of digital marketing strategy
