Key Job Functions of a Director of Marketing

Launch and manage Facebook advertising campaigns for new club openings, optimizing audience targeting to achieve the lowest cost per acquisition (CPA).

Research and evaluate additional digital advertising platforms to enhance advertising reach and effectiveness.

Provide comprehensive training and resources to field teams to support their development and improve performance.

Visit clubs to deliver advanced social media training and provide hands-on support tailored to their specific needs

Generate and complete detailed weekly and monthly reports to track performance and progress and present to management on a weekly and monthly basis.

Regularly update dashboards and reporting spreadsheets to ensure they accurately reflect the latest metrics and data.

Work with department heads to create content for personal training and group fitness

Define and oversee monthly social media objectives to drive engagement and align with overall marketing goals.

Analyze and monitor club sales reports in collaboration with the marketing team to assess performance and identify opportunities for growth.

Optimize social media and website pages to maximize lead generation and attract potential prospects.

Proven expertise in senior-level marketing roles, demonstrating strategic oversight and leadership in developing and executing high-impact marketing initiatives.

Demonstrated proficiency in crafting clear, compelling written communication and effectively engaging with others through strong interpersonal skills.

Expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive results and maintain consistency across various locations.

Demonstrated skill in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing activities to ensure timely and successful outcomes.

Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business

Open to traveling to various markets as needed to support and enhance business operations and initiatives
