Titan Growth Collective is expanding our Business-to-Business (B2B) sales team and is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Account Managers. This is an entry-level opportunity, making it ideal for candidates looking to begin their career in professional sales or those with customer-facing experience who are ready for their next challenge.

You'll receive comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and the opportunity to work directly with business owners and decision-makers while developing valuable skills in account management, business development, and client relationships.

What You'll Be Doing

• Represent client brands and services to business customers throughout the Tampa area
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, managers, and key decision-makers
• Identify client needs and present tailored B2B solutions
• Generate new business opportunities and support client acquisition campaigns
• Manage and develop business accounts while delivering excellent customer service
• Work towards individual and team sales targets in a supportive, performance-driven environment
• Develop a strong understanding of client products, services, and industry trends
• Contribute to business growth while building your own professional sales career

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A confident and professional approach when speaking with business clients
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and develop
• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Professional presentation and excellent interpersonal skills
• Full-time availability preferred
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing roles is beneficial but not required—full training is provided
