The Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Trades supports the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and talent pipeline efforts across the U.S, for our Craft Workforce Development team.

You will be the face of the recruitment process, making sure that each candidate feels valued and informed throughout their journey.
This role is responsible for helping manage the full recruiting coordination process for craft, including but not limited to: Building requisitions, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, maintaining accurate candidate records, coordinating offers, processing referrals and supporting onboarding activities.
You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, field operations, HR, and external workforce groups to help attract and hire qualified craft professionals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-service focused, and comfortable supporting a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.

Success Measures
In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Salary is just one component of DPR's total compensation package.
Atlanta, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Tennessee range: $46,000 to $67,000. Texas and Colorado: $50,600 to $73,700
