Payroll Sales Representative

What you'll do

• Prospect, network, and build relationships with local Tampa Bay businesses who need a better payroll partner
• Run client meetings and presentations, and put together proposals that actually solve problems
• Close new payroll clients and guide them through a smooth implementation
• Stay close to your clients after the sale — check in, spot opportunities, ask for referrals
• Own your CRM and your pipeline like it's your business, because in a real sense, it is

How you're paid

• Base salary: competitive, paid on our regular payroll schedule — not a draw, not a teaser rate
• 10% commission on every new client's first-year payroll service charges
• 5% residual commission, every year after, on every active client you've ever sold — for as long as you're with SES and they're with us
• Accelerators once you exceed your annual goal, so your best year doesn't just feel good, it pays like it
• Monthly commission payouts — you don't wait a quarter to see what you earned

What we're looking for

• 2-5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in payroll, HCM, PEO, ASO or a closely related service industry
• A track record of hitting or exceeding quota, and the references to back it up
• Someone who treats client relationships as long-term assets, not one-and-done transactions
• Self-starters who can prospect and build a local network in the Tampa Bay market
• Comfortable with CRM discipline and a structured sales process
