Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Wealth Management Advisor to join our growing Tampa team. This individual will play a key role in expanding client relationships, delivering comprehensive financial planning, and managing investment portfolios aligned with our income-focused strategy.

The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, client-centric, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced advisory environment.

This role is responsible for both client acquisition and ongoing advisory service, including portfolio design, asset allocation decisions, and investment implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage new and existing client relationships
• Provide fiduciary-based investment advice, including portfolio construction and asset allocation strategies
• Implement and monitor customized investment plans aligned with client goals
• Deliver comprehensive financial planning recommendations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience
• Support client acquisition efforts and referral-based growth initiatives
• Maintain accurate client records and activity within CRM systems
• Stay current on market trends, investment strategies, and regulatory requirements
• Travel as needed for client meetings and business development opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in investment management or financial advisory services
• Minimum of 18 months experience as a Registered Investment Advisor Representative
• Active Series 65 license required
• CFP® certification or willing to obtain
• Strong understanding of RIA custodian platforms and advisory tools
• Proven track record of client relationship management and/or business development
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), CRM systems, and portfolio management software
• Client-first mindset with a fiduciary approach
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Willingness to travel as needed

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
