Scanning And Document Specialist

We are currently looking for a Scanning and Document Specialist to be responsible for handling day to day maintenance for high profile account in our Tampa, Florida location. Our ideal candidate should have the qualifications and experience explained below:

Responsibilities and Duties

• Check documents to ensure they are filed and scanned into the right location.
• All pages are scanned and everything that is seen on the original pages are seen on the screen.
• Be able to associate trade Export/Import documents
• Scan and File invoices in order
• Bills of Lading
• Packing Lists
• Letters of Credit
• Commercial Invoicing
• Things to look out for:
• Highlighter – some highlighters scan black
• Pencil – Some pencil scan too light
• Red Pen – Some red pens do not come out at all.
• Shading on pages (spreadsheets)
• Writing on back of pages MUST be re scanned
• File all Hard Copies into File Boxes.
• All boxes must be reviewed once completed and then place on review shelf.
• Process and Procedures must be followed as directed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Scanning experience is REQUIRED
• Previous Experience working in the Banking or Legal field is REQUIRED
• Excellent Data Entry skills are REQUIRED
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Excellent Data Entry Skills
• Strong Communication Skills
• Cross train for additional job functions is REQUIRED
• Must be able to work well with others as a team
• Detail Oriented is REQUIRED
• Ability to multitask efficiently is REQUIRED
