Senior Lead Interior Designer & Studio Manager
Tampa, FL (Hybrid | Must Be Local)
$75,000–$85,000 + Performance Bonus + Growth Opportunities

At Sixth Sense Studio, we’re searching for a Senior Lead Interior Designer & Studio Manager who is ready to step into a true leadership role—not just design beautiful spaces, but help shape the future of our growing firm.
This isn’t just another interior design position.
Lead luxury residential projects from concept through installation
Build lasting client relationships and deliver an exceptional experience
Mentor and inspire our junior designers
Maintain the highest design standards and quality control
Oversee project schedules, budgets, vendors, and installations
Improve studio systems and help drive operational excellence
Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design
NCIDQ Certification (Required)
7+ years of luxury residential design experience
Experience managing projects valued at $250K+
Strong technical drawing, space planning, and construction documentation skills
Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
