Facility Manager

Groundskeeper / Facility Manager

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Groundskeeper / Facility Manager to maintain the appearance, cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our property. This role includes groundskeeping, landscaping, general maintenance, vendor oversight, and light handyman work. A background in landscaping, construction, or property maintenance is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns, landscaping, flower beds, trees, shrubs, and irrigation systems.
• Mow, edge, trim, weed, mulch, water plants, and remove leaves, and debris.
• Keep parking lots, sidewalks, common areas, and outdoor spaces clean and hazard-free.
• Perform routine maintenance and light repairs to fences, benches, bathrooms, signage, and other property features.
• Paint and maintain outdoor structures as needed.
• Monitor vendors to ensure work is completed safely and to company standards.
• Conduct routine property inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with event setup, deliveries, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, handyman work, construction, or property maintenance required.
• Ability to operate landscaping and maintenance equipment safely.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule, including occasional weekends or overtime.

Physical Requirements

• Lift 50+ pounds.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $3,200.00 per month
