Pay: $17/hour + Weekly Pay

Earnings Potential: Up to $45K-$50K annually with performance

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM EST

About the Role

We are seeking dependable and professional Outbound Call Center Agents to join our team. In this role, you will connect with potential customers, introduce insurance-related options, and transfer qualified individuals to licensed agents.

This position is ideal for individuals who are consistent, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a structured, high-volume call environment.

What You'll Do

• Make 200+ outbound calls daily to prospective customers
• Clearly communicate product information and benefits
• Transfer interested individuals to licensed agents for further assistance
• Build rapport while maintaining a professional and efficient call flow
• Meet daily call and performance expectations

What We're Looking For

• Previous call center, customer service, or sales experience required
• Strong communication skills and professionalism on the phone
• Ability to stay consistent and productive in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working with performance metrics and daily goals
• Must be able to pass a background check based on client requirements
