Multi-Site Property Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Multi-Site Property Manager to oversee the management of multiple properties within our portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in property management, with a focus on customer relationship management and facilities management.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to negotiate contracts, and a keen understanding of property leasing and maintenance. The Multi-Site Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all properties are well-maintained, compliant with regulations, and that tenant satisfaction is prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple properties, ensuring high standards of property management are maintained.
• Manage tenant relations by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and fostering a positive living environment.
• Coordinate property maintenance activities, including scheduling repairs and inspections.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Handle leasing processes, including marketing available units, screening applicants, and executing lease agreements.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to secure favorable terms for property maintenance and services.
• Maintain accurate records of tenant files, contracts, and property documents.
• Prepare reports on property performance metrics for upper management review.

Experience

• Proven experience in property management, preferably in a multi-site capacity.
• Section 8 experience mandatory.
• Strong customer relationship management skills to effectively engage with tenants and address their needs.
• Knowledge of facilities management practices to ensure the upkeep of properties.
• Experience in property leasing processes and understanding of real estate administrative tasks.
• Ability to file necessary documentation accurately and manage contracts efficiently.
• Excellent negotiation skills to work effectively with vendors and contractors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
