What You'll Do

As a Bartender at Wagamama, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere while preparing high-quality beverages with speed and consistency. You'll work closely with both the front and back of house teams to ensure every guest has an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following Wagamama recipes and standards
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive service to every guest
• Recommend cocktails, sake, wine, beer, and menu pairings
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each shift
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
• Process guest orders accurately through the POS system
• Restock liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, and bar supplies as needed
• Assist servers by preparing drinks promptly during busy service periods
• Complete opening, running, and closing side work
• Work as part of a fast-paced team while maintaining a positive attitude
• Help create an energetic, welcoming atmosphere for both guests and teammates

What We're Looking For

• Previous bartending experience preferred (restaurant experience is a plus)
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Positive attitude with a strong team-first mentality
