HVAC Installer Helper / Technician Trainee

We are looking for a motivated HVAC Installer Helper who is eager to learn and grow with our company. This position offers the opportunity to be cross-trained as an HVAC Service Technician performing repairs and preventative maintenance.

Requirements

• Minimum 1.5 years of HVAC installation experience
• Clean driving record with a valid driver's license
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Fluent in English (Spanish-speaking is a plus)
• Strong work ethic, dependable, and willing to learn
• Able to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
• EPA Certification is a plus, but not required
