Late Night Lead Bartender

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Late Night Lead Bartender to elevate our evening service and create memorable experiences for our guests. Duties

• Oversee all aspects of bar service during late-night shifts, including beverage preparation, customer interactions, and team coordination
• Lead and motivate bartenders and bar staff to maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety
• Develop and refine beverage recipes, including cocktails, wine pairings, craft beers, and spirits to enhance guest experience
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies at all times
• Manage cash handling, processing transactions accurately through POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders for beverages and supplies, and minimize waste while maximizing profitability
• Provide training on mixology techniques, beverage presentation, and customer service best practices to new team members

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing
• Proven experience in cocktail creation, beverage recipe development, and mixology techniques
• Strong understanding of wine knowledge, craft beer varieties, spirits expertise, and food safety standards
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple priorities during busy late-night hours
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Previous restaurant or hospitality industry experience with a focus on fine dining or upscale venues preferred
• Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining a lively yet organized environment
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management
• Experience with food handling procedures and catering or banquet experience is a plus
