Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Regional Director of Operations to lead our senior living communities with passion and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee multiple facilities, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care while maintaining compliance with Assisted Living regulations.

Your leadership will drive operational excellence, foster team development, and promote resident satisfaction across all locations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader with extensive experience in nursing home administration, senior care, and healthcare management to make a meaningful impact.

Duties

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for multiple senior living communities, ensuring operational efficiency and high-quality resident care.
• Develop, implement, and monitor care plans tailored to residents’ needs, including Alzheimer’s care, dementia care, memory care, and assisted living services.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local health regulation policies related to long-term care and residential facilities.
• Supervise facility management teams, including hiring, training, evaluating performance, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Oversee financial management activities such as budgeting, financial reporting, healthcare financial management, and resource allocation to optimize operational sustainability.
• Maintain strong relationships with residents’ families and community partners to promote engagement and satisfaction.
• Lead efforts in medication administration oversight, staff supervision in nursing leadership roles, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools for reporting, documentation of incident reports, care plan updates, and regulatory compliance records.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in nursing home administration or senior living facility management with a proven track record of leadership in long-term care settings.
• Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations, health regulation policies, Alzheimer’s care, dementia care, memory care, and disability services experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in operations management within assisted living or residential care homes; experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Proficiency in healthcare financial management including budgeting and resource planning; experience with healthcare financial acumen is essential.
• Supervising experience managing multidisciplinary teams in nursing home or home & community care environments; leadership skills are critical.
• Familiarity with Care facility administration software and Microsoft Office suite for documentation purposes.
• Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving; ability to lead through influence and foster team collaboration.
