Position Summary

We are seeking a new graduate for our entry level Design Engineer position. The applicant will assist senior engineers in designing projects including learning all aspects of site layout, grading and drainage, utility design, permitting processes and construction administration and certification. The candidate should be capable of performing site visits and inspections.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design of land development projects.
• Develop skills in site layout, grading, drainage, and utility design.
• Participate in the permitting process and construction administration.
• Coordinate projects with local jurisdictions
• Conduct site visits and inspections for project certifications.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Passed (or scheduled to take) the FE exam in the State of Florida.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team.
