Junior Account Executive

About the Role

As a Junior Account Executive at ContactLoop, you will work across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments, learning the end-to-end sales funnel and putting real deals on the board. No prior Rolodex required.

This role is different from most “junior” sales jobs. You will not shadow someone for six months. You will be selling from day one backed by a strong support system that includes our leadership team, Senior Vice President, and Senior AEs who are invested in your success from the moment you walk in. They know you’re here, they’re rooting for you, and they will help you ramp fast.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and close across SMB and mid-market accounts, with enterprise opportunities available as you grow.
• Own the end-to-end sales funnel for all of your accounts, from discovery through close and structured handoff to account management.
• Leverage ContactLoop’s marketing lead gen funnel as a starting point, while also proactively building your own pipeline through outreach, networking, and creative prospecting.
• Run product demos and discovery calls that communicate how ContactLoop’s tools Messenger, ChatFusion, VoiceFusion solve real lifecycle and revenue challenges for SMBs.
• Use our CRM to log every interaction, meeting, and pipeline update, disciplined CRM hygiene is an expectation across the team.
• Stay current on AI trends and tools, positioning yourself as a knowledgeable resource for your prospects.
• Engage with team coaching and training with an open mind, this is a growth role and we will actively invest in making you better.
