Job Description

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all job sites.
• Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in construction management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager-Tampa-Construction should have

• A strong background in construction and property project management.
• Proficiency in managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
