Shall include but not limited to:

Plan, organize, and support the execution of career development and leadership programs.

Coordinate schedules, logistics, and resources for training sessions, workshops, and development initiatives.

Maintain accurate records of program participation and outcomes.

Assist in the planning and delivery of competency-based career pathways.

Provide administrative support by preparing materials, presentations, and reports for development programs.

Manage all aspects of the ALP, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating resources.

Monitor participant progress and provide ongoing support to ensure alignment with program goals.

Collaborate with internal and external trainers to design and deliver program modules.

Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve program content and outcomes.

Review and refine the program's procedures regularly to align with evolving business needs.

Assist in implementing talent development initiatives to support organizational goals.

Facilitate workshops and learning sessions to enhance employee competencies.

Provide guidance to employees on career development opportunities.

Support the design and delivery of individualized development plans.

Contribute to leadership development initiatives by coordinating training sessions and resources.

Assist in tracking progress of leadership development program participants.

Support the development and maintenance of succession plans by gathering data and preparing reports.

Act as a liaison between employees and program leads to address queries and concerns.

Collect and analyze data related to development programs, providing insights into effectiveness and ROI.Prepare reports to track program performance and recommend improvements based on feedback and data analysis.

Collaborate with department heads and HR teams to align career development initiatives with business needs.

Serve as a point of contact for program participants, providing guidance and support.

Liaise with external vendors and consultants to enhance program delivery.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3 to 5 years of related working experience in the same field.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
