Our Orlando office is hiring Customer Support Specialists for a non-technical, client-facing position. This is not an IT help-desk role. No previous industry experience is required, and selected candidates receive structured training and ongoing mentorship.

No prior industry experience is required. We train candidates who demonstrate professionalism, reliability, communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

What You Will Do

 Communicate with people who requested information

 Provide clear next-step guidance and coordinate appointments

 Follow up through phone, text, and email

 Maintain accurate records and document client communication

 Support a professional and responsive client experience

 Complete training in communication, systems, and client processes

You will communicate with individuals who have already requested information. The role does not involve calling randomly selected consumers.
