Innova Restoration currently needs a Digital Video Marketing Specialist to join our team of professionals in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate for this position will have strong writing and project management skills, and an ability to turn relevant topics into simple, compelling stories using social media, video, infographics, and other emerging forms of digital communications content in support of Innova Restoration goals.

The Marketing Specialist develops content for the company website and social media and job posting sites to attract candidates to have engagement and connection with resolute and its related partners.

Qualifications

• Exceptional video creation, editing, and posting.
• Knowledge of digital communications and photo editing is nice to have.
• Ability to work quickly, under pressure, under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Teams.
• Eligible to work in the U.S
• Have a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Create Video content to be used for internal promotional goals, external subject matter expertise, social media in smaller bites and for other required video clips to drive client, and candidate engagement.
• Build and manage video content for content calendars relating to Facebook, Twitter and Instagram YouTube, Tik Tok accounts by uploading and scheduling new content/post per marketing’s requested content calendar.
• Directly engage with divisional team leaders to create client facing, external talent, internal educational content in connection with HR.
• Support in development of the businesses YouTube, Podcast, and management of related video influencers.
• Attend weekly meetings with the team to discuss goals, planning, and execution of content.
• Other duties may be assigned.
