• Manage a consistent flow of warm, pre-screened leads — no cold calling, door-knocking, or MLM tactics.
• Complete our self-paced training program and earn your life insurance license (if not already licensed).
• Provide exceptional service from initial consultation through policy support.
• Stay accountable and focused while working independently to hit personal and team sales goals.
• Embody our values of professionalism, integrity, and customer-first service in every interaction.
