AVP, Marketing

The Assistant Vice President, Marketing is a senior leadership position responsible for shaping and executing the marketing strategy for both Orlando International Airport (MCO) and Orlando Executive Airport (ORL). The role blends brand management, air service development support, digital strategy, analytics, and cross-departmental coordination to strengthen the airports’ market position, brand and passenger engagement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Aviation Management, or related field.
• 8-10 years of progressive experience in marketing, ideally in aviation, tourism, or transportation.
• Experience in strategic planning, analytics, and cross-functional leadership.
• Advanced degrees (MBA, MPA), preferred
• Expertise in marketing strategy, air service development, and aviation/tourism markets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• High proficiency in analytics, market research, and business intelligence.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, digital platforms, and enterprise marketing tools
• Cultural awareness and diplomacy when working with global partners
