Talent Acquisition (Digital Entertainment & Streaming Media)

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Recruiter with a minimum of 5 years of experience to fuel our growth in the fast-paced digital entertainment and streaming media industry. This is a fully on-site position where you will act as our primary brand ambassador, sourcing and engaging top-tier talent across digital entertainment, technology, and corporate operations.

You will build deep relationships with hiring managers and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage passive candidates for digital media, technical, and commercial roles.
• Cross-Functional Recruiting: Fulfill diverse hiring needs including Streaming Video Editors, Lead Generation Specialists, Web Developers, QA Testers, IT, and Accounting.
• New Hire Orientation and Onboarding: Responsibilities include new hire onboarding.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR business partners to understand headcount needs.
• SLA Compliance: Manage, prioritize, and fulfill job searches against strict timelines while meeting predefined service level agreements (SLAs).
• Data-Driven Strategy: Set hiring benchmarks, track recruitment metrics, and use data to optimize the talent pipeline.
• Relationship Building: Serve as the first point of contact for prospective candidates, authentically representing our culture and mission.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Work Location: Ability to work fully on-site daily.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of talent acquisition within streaming media, PaaS, tech, or digital entertainment.
• Technical Literacy: Proven experience recruiting for complex technical, product, and creative roles.
• Account Management: Exceptional client management skills with a reputation for building strong, collaborative partnerships.
• Execution Skills: Strong organizational abilities, a sharp sense of urgency, and the capacity to prioritize time effectively.
• Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills tailored for both candidates and executive stakeholders.
• Customer Service: Absolute commitment to providing an amazing experience for both candidates and internal hiring teams.
• Use of LinkedIn Recruiter ZipRecruiter, and Indeed preferred.
