Part-Time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Light (Luz) Nursing Academy – Orlando, FL

Are you organized, friendly, and love helping people? We're looking for a reliable Part-Time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our growing healthcare training academy!

Schedule

• Tuesdays (with opportunity for additional hours as we grow)
• Approximately 6–8 hours per week to start

Responsibilities

• Greet students and visitors with a warm, professional attitude
• Answer phone calls, emails, and text messages
• Schedule students for CPR, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and future HHA/CNA classes
• Check students in and assist with paperwork
• Process payments and maintain student records
• Keep the reception area and classroom organized
• Help with basic social media posting (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
• Assist with light office tasks, inventory, and classroom setup
• Occasionally help with marketing events and community outreach

Qualifications

• Friendly, dependable, and professional
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using computers, email, and social media
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Healthcare office experience is a plus, but not required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus

Compensation

• Starting at $16–$20/hour, depending on experience
