Split shift schedule required

Typical shift times

Morning: 5:30 AM – 7:30 AM

Afternoon: 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM

Drivers whose assigned routes do not meet the two-hour shift minimum will still be paid for a full two hours. Additional driving opportunities may be available between shifts based on company needs.

Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Start Date: ASAP

Camden Logistics is seeking dependable and professional part-time drivers to support student transportation and premium transportation services. This position is ideal for individuals who are professional, safety-focused, and comfortable interacting with students, families, clients, and passengers.

Drivers must be flexible with split-shift scheduling and committed to maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism.

This role is a great fit for drivers currently working with services like Uber, Lyft, or DoorDash who are looking for more consistent scheduled work, as well as retirees seeking flexible part-time opportunities that keep them active and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school
• Provide safe, reliable, and punctual transportation services
• Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service with all passengers
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Keep vehicles clean, organized, and presentable at all times
• Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures
• Report any vehicle issues, incidents, or delays promptly
• Support additional transportation services as needed

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR required)
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Comfortable working split shifts
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to interact comfortably and professionally with children, families, and clients
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Reliable transportation to and from the company office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous professional driving experience preferred
• Experience working with children or student transportation preferred
• Experience with luxury transportation or executive transportation services preferred
• Knowledge of the Orlando metro area and surrounding communities preferred
