What You'll Do

No two days are exactly alike.

As a Travel Support Specialist, you'll help customers navigate their travel journeys while working with hotels, airlines, cruise lines, and travel partners to deliver timely and accurate solutions.

Your responsibilities may include

• Assisting customers with new travel bookings and reservation requests
• Managing pre- and post-travel inquiries
• Researching reservation details and provider policies
• Working directly with travel suppliers to resolve customer concerns
• Investigating booking discrepancies and technical issues
• Assisting travelers during unexpected events such as weather disruptions, provider cancellations, and other travel-related issues
• Accurately documenting customer interactions within our CRM systems
• Navigating multiple systems while providing outstanding customer service
• Collaborating with teammates to resolve customer issues efficiently

Additional qualifications include

• Experience working remotely in a customer service or sales environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Familiarity with reservation systems, CRM platforms, or travel booking systems is preferred
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

• Help a customer book their next vacation
• Research a hotel or airline policy
• Resolve a booking issue with a travel provider

• Update customer records and document interactions
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure every customer receives exceptional service
