Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures throughout the bar area to ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for order processing and payments
• Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly and adhere to all food safety management practices
• Restock bar supplies regularly and manage inventory efficiently to prevent shortages
• Follow all sanitation procedures and food safety protocols diligently to uphold health standards
