Lab Technician

Position Summary

• This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic production environment where you'll support our compounding operations and ensure our high standards are maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Be able to carry about 50Lbs of weight on the daily.
• Retrieving clean containers for batch compounding.
• Move barrels where needed (Scales, Mixers, Bottling Room, Warehouse) utilizing barrel jack.
• Fill flavor/ingredients in secondary containers for compounders and label appropriately.
• Retrieve flavors for compounders.
• Keep Laboratory and sink clean.
• Assisting lab personnel with sampling and labeling.
• Working on special projects with supervision of compounders or manager
• Meet or exceed batch par for laboratory. Willingness to work over 40 hour work weeks.
• Promoting teamwork and cooperation among staff.
• Following MVL policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Other duties assigned.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience: High School education or equivalent.

Work Environment

The work environment is fast-paced and busy. Changing project deadlines with sudden notice.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, talk, and hear. In addition, the employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 60 pounds and climb a small ladder.

Compensation

Starting pay: $16.00 per hour
