What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and dining room guests
• Take guest orders and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
• Mix cocktails accurately while maintaining quality and consistency
• Make menu and beverage recommendations
• Verify guest identification when serving alcoholic beverages
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
• Monitor inventory and restock bar supplies throughout each shift
• Work as part of a team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Follow all food safety, beverage, and responsible alcohol service standards

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full-service bartending experience
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
• Tequila knowledge is a plus
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and move throughout your shift
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Ability to safely perform all duties in a fast-paced restaurant environment
