Bartender (Full Time)

The Role (Read This First)

Our bar has a mix of high-volume events and slower shifts. We need bartenders who can handle both.

When it’s busy, you move fast and stay sharp.

When it’s slow, you stay productive—cleaning, stocking, prepping, and helping the team.

If you need constant direction or slow down when business drops, this won’t be a fit.

If you’re self-motivated and take pride in your work no matter the pace—you’ll do well here.

What You’ll Do

• Make cocktails, pour beer, and provide fast, accurate service
• Handle high-volume shifts without sacrificing quality
• Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized at all times
• Engage with guests and create a great experience
• Work closely with the GM and team to keep operations smooth
• Assist with bar setup, breakdown, and events

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years bartending experience
• Experience in a high-volume environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of beer, cocktails, and spirits
• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
• Confident, personable, and professional
• Reliable, on time, and accountable
• Open availability (nights & weekends required)
