What You'll Do

• Fully embrace and represent Pacific Companies' Core Values
• Prospect, identify, and qualify new healthcare clients through outbound calling, email campaigns, and strategic outreach
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare executives, administrators, and decision‑makers
• Present Pacific Companies' permanent placement and locum tenens staffing solutions
• Execute a consultative sales process to acquire and grow client partnerships
• Negotiate contracts and staffing agreements
• Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure successful client delivery and satisfaction
• Serve as a brand ambassador and educate prospective clients on Pacific Companies' value proposition
• Consistently achieve and exceed activity, revenue, and growth goals
