Our client is an ambitious middle-market multi-location commercial/residential services company with a reputation for providing high quality services across their markets and recognized for its ability to execute a broad suite of services in their field.

The company is backed by a leading private equity sponsor, with a focus on improving infrastructure and implementing process to support organic and acquisitive growth with the long-term goal of taking the company through a successful sale process.

The President will be responsible for executing the overall sales/marketing and operations strategy for a critical business unit of the organization, leading the day-to-day operations with full P&L responsibility for the business.

As President you will act as a strategic partner to the CEO, working with the private equity investors, and will execute on the mandate of building out and streamlining a scalable organization while maximizing enterprise value.

The position requires broad background experience across sales, marketing, operations and M&A integration within a commercial and residential services context. You will have proven experience in building and mentoring a high-performing team to support a growing organization that is spread across acquired and greenfield locations.

The President will work across all levels of the business and will be comfortable leading from the trenches. This role requires a high-energy, balanced sales/operational leader who can implement best practices, inspire teams and lead with empathy.
