Seeking 5+ years of large habitational building underwriting experience with an insurance carrier and knowledge of the real estate business and apartment building and hotel insurance and catastrophic risk.

Shall

• Develop relationships with agents and brokers.
• Attract and retain profitable business.
• Market products and services.
• Analyze potential coverage and limit requests and determine appropriate terms.
• Price business; Assesses risk quality and compliance; Take appropriate loss prevention actions
• Administer rating and underwriting processes, loss history reports, credit checks, outside inspections, loss control, etc.
